Delbert Adams Construction Group is looking for a Project Manager.  

Project Manager Position: The qualified candidate will have more than 15 years experience as a Project Manager specifically in the luxury custom home industry.  

He or she must be well versed in construction methodologies, both residential  and commercial.  The candidate must be degreed in architecture, art, engineering or a similar field.  They  must be self motivated, hard working, a team player and high energy with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and superior computer skills.    

They must be very comfortable estimating  and scheduling work, preparing and managing a budget and able to manage several custom projects at once.  We are looking for someone who is an ongoing student of the construction industry and who wants to begin a career with our company.
