About The Position
Delbert Adams Construction Group is currently seeking a Service Coordinator for our home and property maintenance division, Gold Seal Services. This division provides the following services to both our contracted and small project clients: Home Services, Annual Maintenance, Small Projects, and Emergency Services.
The Service Coordinator (“SC”) is responsible for organizing and executing the entire service project cycle, including but not necessarily limited to, proposal development and estimating, scheduling and dispatch, overseeing all field production, and invoicing. The Service Coordinator oversees all service calls, annual maintenance, and home improvements executed by Gold Seal Services (“GSS” or “company”).

- Construction knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
