About The Position

Our Site Supers, for both our commercial and residential projects, build and keep the relationships in the field while constructing and managing one-of-a-kind projects.

As a key member of one of our six project teams, this person will be boots on the ground at our project sites.

The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, able to coordinate both job sites and resources. They will manage material orders and provide technical oversight. Key to their role is risk mitigation and safety on job sites, ensuring our team is safe and compliant at all times. This person is essential in ensuring that all facets of our projects are a good representation of our brand through branded shirts, job site signs, neighbor relations, and the cleanliness of the site and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Job site coordination and management
  • Scheduling and budget management
  • Coordination with all sub-contractors and other service providers during and prior to the construction process
  • Resource management and storage
  • Management of material orders
  • Provision of technical oversight to subcontractors and training to job site team members as necessary
  • Mitigation of job site injuries and mistakes through training and hands on management
  • Relationship management with the client and supporting neighbors/stakeholders as necessary

Qualifications

  • Enjoys building a project from the ground up or renovating a space to create a one-of-a-kind finished space
  • Has been in construction as a Site Superintendent for at least 5 years
  • Able to handle the scheduling and managing of the subcontractors, the process, the budget, and the timeline while steadily working toward the finish line.
  • Is a construction professional and a student of the construction industry.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft excel and word.
